In this session we’ll see how the ICBIEP pushes back against the isolating and deficit-based programming models historically prominent in special education. The ICBIEP aims to harness strengths and respond to needs in ways that are meaningful to students and their families by focusing on balance and prioritizing community.

We are joined by Faye Brownlie, who talks to us to us about how purposeful planning can support improved learning for all students in inclusive settings. Faye fervently believes in our collective ability to make a difference for each and every learner.
